Club Swan 42 – Dralion
Designed by German Frers, the Club Swan 42 is a Corinthian multipurpose yacht that is highly competitive, both inshore and offshore.
The Club Swan 42 was built on the philosophy of a competitive race cruiser; to be fast and fun to sail, it is the first Swan to feature a retractable bowsprit.
The experience of its designers is reflected in the aesthetically pleasing touches; the cockpit is ergonomic and comfortable and the halyards and mainsheet are hidden beneath the coachroof.
In light air the boat performs well, sailing upwind very easily and excelling downwind. The Swan 42 has had significant racing success, both as a one-design and under rating rules such as IRC and ORC.
Equipped with a North Sail inventory, B&G performance instruments, expedition navigation software, a Panasonic toughbook and Samsung tablet, Dralion is a great example of a Swan 42 and capable of putting the right team onto the podium!
