Neo 400 is a fast, light, performance racer, designed and built with a special eye toward being the smallest yacht in ORC A/Class 1 IRC.
The Neo 400+ is a high-performance carbon racer cruiser designed by Ceccarelli Yacht Design and built by Neo Yachts & Composites. Renowned for exceptional speed and comfort, the yacht boasts a spacious interior and a wide cockpit, making it ideal for both exhilarating racing and comfortable cruising.
Constructed from carbon fibre, the Neo 400+ is both light and strong. Featuring innovative design elements, including a lifting keel, reverse bow and a powerful sail plan, combined with a focus on hydrodynamic efficiency, enable the Neo 400+ to achieve impressive speeds both upwind and downwind.
This Neo 400+ has consistently demonstrated its competitive edge in regattas around the world, attracting experienced sailors who seek an exhilarating racing experience.
Upscale, formerly Alemera, underwent a refit over the 2024/25 winter; work included a complete check of the mast and rigging, new antifoul, 2 new B&G Zeus chart plotters at the helm station, new NKE autopilot system, New safety equipment, changing to furling headsails and a pintop main for easier handling. Over the 2025/26 winter, Upscale changed to twin rudders to increase stability when off the wind, further improving her performance.
